We provide technical calculation services in accordance with the requirements of Eurocodes and the standard SFS-EN 1090.
Our technical calculation service is most often implemented by using FEM calculation. The aim of the calculation is to optimize the shape of the structure and the use of materials, as well as securing its durability.
FEM calculation
We analyze the structures using suitable calculation programs with the help of which we examine e.g. shell elements of silos and tanks, crane fatigue stresses and stability, and we analyze pipeline stresses. Analyzes are guided by current standards. FEM calculation also include review and evaluation of results.
Flow calculation
Flow analysis of liquid, gas, and gas particulate flows in tanks, chambers, piping components and piping. Analysis in a 3D environment, review of volumes and surrounding solids in SolidWorks software.
We inspect the plans and calculations of steel structures both new and renovation constructions. Our special expertise is strength and stability calculations made in fracture and service limit states, as well as joint examinations and fire measurement.
